Who composed the music for Slum dog millionaire?
Hope you have heard about the Golden Globe award-winning movie namely “Slum dog millionaire”. The movie won three awards. The award for best original music score went to the music wizard of India A.R.Rehman.
A.R.Rehman started his music career when he was a small boy. He was very good playing musical instruments such key board, guitar and piano. Even when he was a school student, he began to work as a key board player for the legend music director Ilaya raaja of south India.
Then he started to compose music for advertisement jingles. The major breakthrough came in the year 1992 when he first composed music for a Tamil movie called “Roja” under the direction of great film director Maniratnam. From then on, he never looked back.
The world is waiting to see him bag the Oscar award for best musical score for the year 2009. He is truly an international musician delivering excellent music to the world.
